SCARABEO 9 is a semi-submersible floating drilling rig owned and operated by SAIPEM that stood at the drilling site on December 2017 on the West Black Sea area at 80 kilometers from the coast in the area of cities Gelendzhik and Novorossiysk (RUSSIA).
