TCO is developing another major expansion of Tengiz production that will create a significant numbers of jobs and large-scale use of Kazakhstani goods and services. Today, the fields' yearly output could satisfy the annual oil demand of the entire nation. Net daily production in 2016 (Chevron share) averaged 263,000 barrels of crude oil, 375 million cubic feet of natural gas and 22,000 barrels of natural gas liquids.
